N. Korean diplomat Jong Thae Yang arrives in Beijing

BEIJING, China - Jong Thae Yang, a key North Korean delegate to the six-nation talks on Pyongyang's nuclear programs, arrives at Beijing airport on Feb. 17. The deputy chief of the North Korean Foreign Ministry's department of U.S. affairs is believed to be heading for Moscow to take part in a Feb. 19-20 session of the multilateral framework's working group on the Northeast Asia Peace and Security Mechanism.
